Through coaching, we can work together to reclaim your sense of self and begin creating a future that feels exciting again.
You are parenting and managing daily life, but inside you feel constantly on edge, overthinking every interaction and bracing for what might happen next
You can’t walk away from the situation and co-parenting feels draining, leaving you overwhelmed and exhausted
You feel isolated, far from your support network, managing everything on your own while carrying the emotional weight of the separation
You’re living in a country that was never meant to be home. Laws like the Hague Convention prevent you from leaving, yet the idea of being stuck there indefinitely feels overwhelming
I have been where you are, and I know how hard it is. As a certified coach, I can help you navigate this new chapter, providing the support and practical tools that will allow you to thrive in motherhood and beyond.
I provide therapeutic coaching for expat and international mothers navigating separation or divorce, particularly those who feel stuck in their situation and unsure how to move forward. My work supports you to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in yourself again.
With an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and specialist training in somatic trauma, narcissistic abuse, and coercive control, I bring a deep understanding of both the psychological and physiological impact of difficult relationships.
I also know first hand how it feels to be in your situation.
In our 1:1 sessions, we work through my three-stage process - Calm, Claim, Create - designed to meet you where you are and support you step by step. From calming the emotional overwhelm, to rebuilding trust in yourself and beginning to look forward again, our work together helps you feel steadier and more in control of your experience and more hopeful moving forward.
I offer group programmes designed to support mothers through separation and divorce in a shared, community setting. Each group follows the Calm, Claim, Create method, helping you regulate emotional overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and begin moving forward alongside others who understand your experience creating the village through separation that you have been longing for.
